Loyola Chicago continued its improbable NCAA Tournament run, beating Kansas State 78-62 on Saturday night at Philips Arena to advance to the Final Four.

Loyola will play in its first Final Four since 1963, when the Ramblers won their only championship.

Loyola (32-5) will play Michigan (32-7), which edged Florida State 58-54 in the West Regional final.

Charles Matthews scored 17 points and the Wolverines earned their first Final Four berth since 2013.

As the No. 11 seed, Loyola matches the lowest seed to play in the Final Four. Louisiana State (1986), George Mason (2006) and VCU (2011) also were No. 11 seeds.
