Nick Saban to help induct 2019 Gwinnett Sports Hall of Fame class

March 21, 2019Alabama football coach Nick Saban will be the featured guest speaker as the Gwinnett Sports Hall of Fame inducts its 10th Class May 1 at the Sonesta Gwinnett Place in Duluth.
The six members of the 2019 class are:
• Rennie Curran, Brookwood and Georgia Bulldogs football player
• Megan Wiggins, Shiloh softball
• John Sawyer, South Gwinnett baseball
• David Saville, Norcross and Clemson team manager
• Angie Hembree, Collins Hill and Norcross basketball coach
• Mickey Conn, former Grayson football coach and a South Gwinnett grad
Proceeds from the induction ceremony and dinner benefit the Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation's scholarships and academic initiatives.
