• 3:35 p.m. The AJC's Mr. Football, Alvin Kamara of Norcross High School, committed to Alabama over UGA. He was considered a "lock" for Alabama after sneaking off for a "secret visit" last weekend.
• 2:30 p.m. UGA's last chance for an ESPNU star will be at 4:30 p.m. That's when Mr. AJC Football, Norcross RB Alvin Kamara, will pick between Alabama and the Bulldogs. Alabama is the heavy favorite.
• 2:16 p.m. Mark Richt, who is recovering from hip surgery, just began his press conference. Check the AJC's UGA blog for updates HERE.
• 1 p.m. DeVondre Seymour, the son of former UGA star Richard Seymour, was a minor surprise for the Bulldogs on signing day. He picked UGA over Auburn but may have to start off next year at prep school. He will play offensive tackle in college.
• 12:05 p.m. Surprise for Georgia Tech on signing day. The Yellow Jackets pick up a commitment from Corey Griffin, a safety from Sandy Creek High School.
• 11:45 a.m. Arkansas announces the signing of QB Damon Mitchell, who flipped from Georgia Tech.
• 11:33 a.m.: Chamblee DE Davin Bellamy picks the UGA baseball cap, giving the Bulldogs their first commit of signing day
• 10:59 a.m.: Tennessee just announced the signing of Alpharetta QB Joshua Dobbs, who flipped from Arizona State.
• 10:27 a.m. Tri-Cities OL Jeremi Hall, who had his scholarship offer withdrawn by Georgia Tech when he visited South Florida without telling the coaches, signed with South Florida. Georgia Tech also had concerns about his academic progress.
• 10:10 a.m. Surprise, surprise. Maybe the first one of signing day. Ridgeland DB Vonn Bell picks Ohio State over Tennessee and Alabama.
• 9:40 a.m.: Laremy Tunsil, who was recruited for two years by UGA to play left tackle, committed to Ole Miss over the Bulldogs and Alabama on ESPNU. Ole Miss has landed the No. 1 (Nkemdiche) and No. 3 overall prospects in the 247sports.com rankings.
• 9:32 a.m.: Alpharetta OL George Adeosun has turned down UGA, picking Virginia over the Bulldogs. Alpharetta QB Joshua Dobbs switched from Arizona State to Tennessee.
• 9:15 a.m.: Milton DE Carl Lawson is on ESPNU but not to announce. He already faxed in his LOI to Auburn nearly an hour ago.
• 8:55 a.m.: Calhoun TE Sebastian Willer and Luella DL Tevin Jones sign with Georgia State.
• 8:45 a.m.: UGA receives letters of intent from Tallahassee WR Reggie Davis and N. Carolina WR Uriah LeMay.
• 8:38 a.m.: McEachern QB Ty Griffin and Ft. Walton Beach (Fla.) DB John Marvin are officially signees of Georgia Tech.
• 8:23 a.m.: Todd Grantham is staying at UGA, and Davin Bellamy is likely going to sign with the Bulldogs, according to the AJC's Chip Towers. Click HERE
• 8:15 a.m.: Georgia Tech announced its firast signee, Lovejoy RB Travis Custis.
• 8:00 a.m: UGA has gotten LOI from Brookwood LB Shaun McGee.
• 7:51 a.m.: Clemson's first letter of intent for the day was at 7:28 a.m. from Wayne Gallman, running back from Grayson. His official ceremony isn't till 2:30 p.m. at the school. The Tigers, who were shut out in Georgia last year, quickly followed up with a letter of intent from  wide receiver Kyrin Priester of Brookwood High School at 7:38 a.m.
• 7:47 a.m.: Robert Nkemdiche: "I have decided to attend ... the University of Ole Miss."

• Hats: Auburn Nike, Auburn adidas, or Auburn Reebok
• Prediction: He pulls out Auburn Under Armour cap from inside coat
• Signed: Auburn
• Comment: I'm 2 for 2.

• Prediction: UGA fans are going to be angry at Ole Miss for a long, long time

• Comment: This kid was supposed to be UGA's left tackle of the future, and the Bulldogs did not have a backup plan

• Prediction: Auburn, as Rodney Garner gets revenge.
