MLB on pace to set home run record

The ESPN Stats and Info Twitter account tweeted out a photo that shows the total number of home runs hit in the MLB to date. That number is on track to set a record according to the Twitter account.

Aaron Judge is leading the MLB with 30 home runs, and he's projected to hit 57 this season. Atlanta Braves' Freddie Freeman has 16 home runs so far and is projected to hit 30.
The baseball season gets started again tonight after the All-Star break. Atlanta hosts the Arizona Diamondbacks at 7:35 p.m.
