Michael Vick may be almost a year out of the big house, but for many sports fans he's still in the dog house.

For the second year in a row, Vick was rated the most hated man in sports, according an annual Forbes magazine poll.

The survey, conducted through E-poll Market Research, asked 1,100 people over the age of 13 to rate newsworthy athletes. Vick topped the list that included five NFL figures among the 10 most-hated people in sports. He was disliked by 69 percent of respondents.

Vick spent 21 months in jail after admitting to the involvement of dog fighting. He was let go  from the Atlanta Falcons shortly after release from prison. He now is a backup for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Al Davis, owner of the Oakland Raiders, took home second place on the list with a 66 percent disapproval rating. Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Rothlisberger, who was embroiled in a sexual assault investigation this spring in Milledgeville, ranked third with a  57 percent rating.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was tied for fourth with Tiger Woods, with 53 percent of respondents saying they disliked him.
