Matt Ryan tells fans, ‘Thank you’ for birthday messages

After celebrating his 32nd birthday on Wednesday, Matt Ryan said thank you to fans for the birthday messages.
Ryan posted a video with a message to fans on Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.
Ryan's teammates also sang the League MVP a "Happy Birthday" and gave him a birthday cake on Wednesday in the Atlanta Falcons' locker room.
