Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones’ third reception against the Bears Sunday was his 500th career reception.

The milestone reception number came in 80 games, tied with Anquan Boldin for fewest games needed to reach 500 in NFL history.

This is Jones’ seventh season, all with the Falcons, after he was drafted in the first round in 2011. Jones is a four-time Pro Bowl selections and Team All-Pro each of the past two seasons.
