The previously announced Braves postgame concert featuring Jason Isbell will now follow the double header on May 28, according to a statement from the Atlanta Braves.

The Braves’ Sunday afternoon game against the Mets was rescheduled due to inclement weather and will be played on Monday, May 28.

The game scheduled for May 28 at 1:35 p.m. will move to 1:10 p.m., and the second game will start at 7:10 p.m. The Jason Isbell concert will follow the second game.
