Houston County's Miranda Lawhorn (55) and Dylan Thompson (33) pose for a group photo to celebrate their second-place finish. Houston County had its eight-year domination in adaptive basketball ended with Saturday's defeat.

Will Millikan scored a team-high 20 points to lead Gwinnett to the victory.
