Dillon Lee is one of the state's top college prospects at linebacker. He is also the younger brother of Georgia offensive lineman Dallas Lee.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder from Buford High School said he will announce on Monday whether he will join his brother with the Bulldogs --  or commit to one of his other finalists, Alabama, Florida State or USC.

Here's Lee with quick hits on his final four:

*Florida State: “I really like the campus and whole environment there in Tallahassee.”

*Alabama: “I really like what they do on defense. I like their defensive coaches and the defensive system they have.”

*Southern Cal: “That has been my favorite team growing up … my whole life.”

*Georgia: “That’s my in-state school. My brother plays there. My whole family is Georgia fans, and I’ve been going to games there my whole life. I know a lot about them, and I’ve been trying to get to know the new linebackers coach since he was hired.”

Lee has accumulated nearly 20 offers; ironically Georgia was most recent, despite the family ties. Georgia linebackers coach Kirk Olivadotti called Lee with an offer from the Bulldogs on May 2. Georgia hired the former NFL assistant in mid-February.

What took Georgia so long? Lee isn’t really sure, but said he is “not offended” by the timing. Lee also said his older brother has encouraged him to "make the best decision for me," offering support with whatever choice is announced.

Making the grade

Georgia Tech officials said every member of the team's latest football recruiting class is on pace to meet NCAA academic requirements.

The Yellow Jackets signed 23 players, with one (offensive lineman Trey Braun of Tallahassee) enrolling early last January. Georgia has lost at least one member of its "Dream Team," with Spalding High School defensive tackle Chris Mayes now heading to junior college.

"Everybody we signed is on track to be admitted to Georgia Tech, and we look forward to getting them all into summer school," said Andy McCollum, Tech's recruiting coordinator. "It's a good group of young men and we're excited about coaching them.

"We’re hoping to have everybody enrolled by the first [summer session] but it may not be possible with all of them because of their high school graduation dates."

Two homegrown products to visit Georgia

Former Tennessee recruit Kevin Ware, who de-committed from Central Florida, said he will visit Georgia this weekend. The 6-4 guard also said he will make a recruiting trip to Louisville after his May 27 graduation from Rockdale County High School. … Both Georgia and Georgia Tech made early offers this week to Union Grove High School point guard Charles Mann, one of the state's top prospects for next year. He had an unofficial visit with Tech coach Brian Gregory on Wednesday and will travel to meet Georgia's Mark Fox next week. … Former Walton High School point guard Ryan Harrow said on Twitter that he made visits to Kentucky and Texas this week. The N.C. State transfer said he also plans trips to Georgia, St. John's and Louisville.
