Connor Shaw's older brother Jaybo will start at QB for Georgia Tech against Duke Oct. 4. Connor has received an early offer from Tech to play football.

Greg Palmer is expected to make repeat visits to Vanderbilt, UAB, Wofford and Furman this fall.

Connor Shaw could wind up competing for playing time at QB with his brother, Jaybo, at Tech.

Daniel Drummond, Flowery Branch -- The 6-3, 230-pound Drummond is a longtime commitment to Georgia Tech who really did not get statewide respect until he began putting on a show during the playoffs. Even LaGrange coach Steve Pardue admitted he underestimated Drummond.

Shaw gets off a pass under pressure during practice. Shaw, who has not made a college decision, caught 59 passes for 1,086 yards and 13 TDs last season with big brother Jaybo making the throws to him at wide receiver.
