What was the first private school to win a state title in football after the GHSA began running playoffs in all classes in 1948 – Lovett, Marist, Richmond Academy, Savannah Country Day or St. Pius? (Answer Thursday)

Answer to Tuesday’s question: Lakeview Academy’s Lee Shaw and Rabun County’s Jaybo Shaw, and Coffee’s Robby Pruitt and Fitzgerald’s Tucker Pruitt, are the fathers and sons who are active head coaches at GHSA schools.
