McIntosh, Heritage-Conyers seeking new head coaches

McIntosh and Heritage of Conyers are looking for head coaches.

McIntosh’s Lee Belknap, who just completed his 11th season at the Fayette County school, was let go after a 2-8 season in Class 5A. McIntosh’s most recent playoff team was 2017.

Eddie Snell was Heritage’s interim coach and has been on the Patriots’ staff for eight seasons. Heritage was 1-9 in Class 6A.

Other GHSA openings are at Jasper County, Ridgeland, Sumter County, Temple and Gwinnett County’s Seckinger, slated to open next year.
