Last week: Beat Mountain View 28-0. Sam Horn was 22-of-29 passing for 253 yards and a touchdown. Cam Pedro had 148 all-purpose yards. The shutout was Collins Hill’s fifth of the season. Next: Friday at Mill Creek (8-0)

2. (2) Mill Creek (8-0)

Last week: Beat Newton 17-14. Garrett Zalewski returned an interception 62 yards for a touchdown for a 17-14 lead with 14 seconds left in the first half. Neither team scored in the second half. Newton led 299-182 in total yards. Mill Creek’s Donovan Journey rushed for 85 yards. Next: Friday vs. Collins Hill (9-0)

3. (3) North Cobb (7-1)

Last week: Beat Hillgrove 42-0. North Cobb led 35-0 at halftime. Malachi Singleton was 14-of-22 passing for 166 yards and rushed for 77 yards and two touchdowns on five carries. Next: Friday at Marietta (5-3)

4. (4) Milton (7-1)

Last week: Beat Roswell 44-34. Jordan McDonald rushed for 134 yards and three touchdowns on 10 carries and caught a TD pass. His 51-yard run with 3:34 left gave Milton a 44-19 lead. Next: Friday vs. Woodstock (0-8)

5. (7) Lowndes (7-2)

Last week: Beat Colquitt County 52-31. Chase Belcher rushed for 132 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries. Jacurri Brown was 12-of-17 passing for 188 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 75 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries. Lowndes won for the fourth time while allowing more than 30 points and clinched the Region 1 title. Next: Friday at Camden County (4-5)

6. (6) Walton (5-2)

Last week: Beat North Paulding 45-14. Jeremy Hecklinski was 7-of-9 passing for 187 yards and three touchdowns, one an 87-yarder to Marcus Allen. Zak Rozsman was 8-of-9 for 190 yards and two touchdowns. Next: Friday vs. Harrison (3-5)

7. (5) Colquitt County (7-2)

Last week: Lost to Lowndes 52-31. Colquitt County trailed 34-13 in the second quarter and got no closer than 14 points from there. Charlie Pace rushed for 180 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries and caught a TD pass. Next: Friday vs. Tift County (6-3)

8. (8) Roswell (6-2)

Last week: Lost to Milton 44-34. Roswell scored two touchdowns in the final two minutes but was out of the game by the third quarter. Robbie Roper was 26-of-38 passing for 298 yards and two TDs but intercepted twice. Next: Friday at Alpharetta (2-6)

9. (NR) Brookwood (6-2)

Last week: Beat Grayson 35-14. Alexander Diggs rushed for 145 yards and three touchdowns and caught nine passes for 81 yards. Dylan Lonergan was 23-of-32 passing for 193 yards and rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown. The victory put Brookwood in first place in Region 4. Next: Friday vs. South Gwinnett (4-4)

10. (10) Pebblebrook (8-0-1)

Last week: Beat Newnan 31-28. John Diaz kicked a 32-yard field goal as time expired. Newnan had tied the game 28-28 with 15 seconds left. Pebblebrook recovered a short kickoff, ran for 18 yards and picked up two 15-yard personal foul penalties to get to the Newnan 15 for a final play. Next: Nov. 5 vs. McEachern (4-4)

1. (1) Buford (7-1)

Last week: Beat Lanier 56-0. Buford’s QB tandem of Dylan Wittke and Ashton Daniels went 10-of-13 passing for 219 yards and three touchdowns, and the RB duo of C.J. Clinkscale and Victor Venn rushed for 134 yards on 13 carries. Next: Friday at Winder-Barrow (4-4)

2. (2) Lee County (8-1)

Last week: Beat Northside-Warner Robins 41-7. J.D. Fugerson had six receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown. Julius McClennan Jr. and Ousmane Kromah combined for 182 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Lee County clinched its fifth consecutive region title. Next: Friday at Valdosta (4-5)

3. (3) Hughes (7-1)

Last week: Beat Lovejoy 28-7. Antonio Martin rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries. Neither team scored in the second half. Hughes took first place in Region 4 and can clinch the title this week. Next: Friday at Tucker (2-6)

Last week: Beat Northview 74-12. Sean Mitchell was 7-of-11 passing for 187 yards and two touchdowns. Chapman Smith (102) and Nahshon Smith (106) each rushed for more than 100 yards and scored two touchdowns apiece. The 74 points are second most in Decatur history, most since putting up 75 against Cross Keys in 2009. Next: Friday vs. Southwest DeKalb (4-4)

Last week: Beat Hiram 56-24. Justice Haynes scored three touchdowns, one a 16-yard reception for a 28-10 lead in the final minute of the first half, and Hiram got no closer. Haynes scored two other touchdowns. Evan Dickens scored on two runs of longer than 50 yards. Next: Friday at Cass (5-4)

Last week: Beat Chestatee 41-7. Jefferson led 34-0 in the first quarter and held Chestatee to minus-2 yards rushing. Jordan Perry had 87 of Jefferson’s 345 rushing yards. Jefferson played without Malaki Starks and Sammy Brown. Next: Friday vs. North Oconee (6-3)

2. (2) Marist (6-1)

Last week: Beat Stephenson 64-12. Champ Davis accounted for 176 of Marist’s 423 rushing yards and scored two touchdowns. Luke Harpring and Joseph Patin returned interceptions for touchdowns in the second quarter. Marist led 43-6 at halftime. Next: Friday at Miller Grove (6-2)

3. (3) Benedictine (7-2)

Last week: Beat New Hampstead 70-28. Holden Geriner was 7-of-9 passing for 159 yards and two touchdowns and didn’t play after Benedictine took a 42-7 halftime lead. Benedictine intercepted three of New Hampstead’s first four passing attempts. Justin Thomas rushed for 122 yards and had 131 yards receiving. Next: Friday vs. Islands (4-4)

4. (4) Carver-Columbus (8-1)

Last week: Beat Columbus 60-6. Jaiden Credle rushed for 156 yards and three touchdowns on five carries. Devin Riles was 9-of-9 passing for 171 yards. Carver had 544 total yards on 35 offensive plays. Next: Thursday vs. Hardaway (6-2)

Last week: Beat Westside-Macon 45-0. Amar Gordon was 11-of-13 passing for 196 yards and two touchdowns and scored on a 43-yard run. Perry held Westside to 142 total yards. Next: Friday vs. Howard (3-5)

Last week: Beat Cedar Shoals 42-7. Dominic Elder rushed for 122 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries. Max Wilson was 13-of-14 passing for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Khalil Barnes had eight receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown and made seven tackles. Next: Friday at Jefferson (8-0)

Last week: Beat Sandy Creek 36-29. With Carver trailing 29-28 and about four minutes left, Bruce Bowens threw a 92-yard TD pass to Deandre Buchannon. Bowens was 16-of-24 passing for 390 yards and four touchdowns. Jarveous Brown rushed for 181 yards. Quintaveous Lockett rushed for 119. Carver led in total yards 742-567. Last week: Beat Stephens County 9-7. Nori Moore rushed for 108 yards on 29 carries and put Hart County up 9-7 with a 5-yard run in the second quarter, and the teams played a scoreless second half. Stephens County lost a fumble on the Hart 23-yard line without about three minutes left. Hart played without 1,000-yard rusher J.L. Lackey. Next: Friday vs. East Jackson (3-5)

Last week: Beat Adairsville 49-33. J.D. Davis was 8-of-13 passing for 168 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown on nine carries. Cam Ferguson rushed for 119 yards, and his 71-yard TD run gave Rockmart a 42-20 lead in the third quarter. Next: Friday at LaFayette (4-4)

2. (3) Thomasville (8-1)

Last week: Beat Fitzgerald 15-8. Thomasville held Fitzgerald on a fourth down at the Thomasville 10 in the final two minutes and clinched the Region 1 title. Trailing 8-7 midway in the third quarter, Thomasville scored the game-winning touchdown on Demorrio Thurman’s 13-yard reception. Thomasville managed 196 total yards on 50 plays. Next: Friday vs. Berrien (3-5)

3. (4) Bleckley County (9-0)

Last week: Beat Washington County 28-23. Jahvon Butler rushed for 164 yards and three touchdowns. T.J. Mays’ 56-yard TD run gave Bleckley County a 28-16 lead in the fourth quarter. Next: Thursday vs. Southwest (1-5)

4. (2) Fitzgerald (7-2)

Last week: Lost to Thomasville 15-8. Fitzgerald had a fourth-down chance at the Thomasville 10-yard line in the final minutes but couldn’t convert. Fitzgerald held Thomasville to 196 total yards and surrendered the winning touchdown after fumbling a punt on the Fitzgerald 17-yard line. Next: Friday at Cook (5-4)

5. (6) Northeast (6-2)

Last week: Beat Dodge County 21-7. Travion Solomon was 12-of-20 passing for 135 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 65 yards. Tyler Terry rushed for 78 yards. Next: Friday at Jasper County (0-8)

6. (8) Putnam County (8-0)

Last week: Beat Jefferson County 28-21. Cedrion Brundage rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. Putnam County ended Jefferson County’s 27-game region winning streak and moved within one victory of clinching its first region title since 2010. Next: Friday at Josey (1-6)

Last week: Lost to Bleckley County 28-23. Deejay Braswell rushed for 144 yards on 16 carries. Washington County’s losses are to three ranked teams by an average of seven points. Next: Friday at Dodge County (5-3)

Last week: Beat Providence Christian 69-19. Jett Miller threw five TD passes and finished 17-of-23 for 282 yards. Jamie Tremble had three receptions, all for touchdowns, totaling 96 yards. Last week: Beat Lincoln County 44-36. Dalen Cobb was 11-of-13 passing for 198 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries. His 48-yard TD run in the final three minutes gave Washington-Wilkes a 44-30 lead. Next: Friday at Commerce (5-3)
