Frank Vohun, former head coach at four Georgia schools, died this week at age 74.

Vohun coached at Villa Rica (1990-97), Washington-Wilkes (1998-2001), Lee County (2002-03) and Haralson County (2005-2016).

Vohun’s 2000 Washington-Wilkes team lost to Americus in the Class 2A championship game and featured Daccus Turman, who broke Herschel Walker’s single-season rushing record.

Vohun had suffered from dementia, according to his obituary.
