North Cobb, Brookwood and Collins Hill clinched region championships Friday night.

This week, two games will determine region champions, and two other teams can clinch titles with victories.

Here’s a region-by-region look at Class 7A as the regular season enters the final week.

Region 1 – Lowndes clinched its third region title in five seasons the week before against Colquitt County, then rallied Friday night to beat Camden County 35-29 after trailing by 14 points in the fourth quarter. The other seeds will be No. 2 Colquitt County (8-2, 2-1), No. 3 Tift County (6-4, 1-2) and No. 4 Camden County (4-6, 0-3).

Region 2 – McEachern (5-4, 3-0) will play at No. 10 Pebblebrook (8-0-1, 3-0) on Friday for the title. It would be Pebblebrook’s first region title since 2006, McEachern’s first since 2019. East Coweta (6-3, 1-2) and Newnan (3-5, 1-3) are playing for third and fourth.

Region 3 – Third-ranked North Cobb (8-1, 4-0) clinched the title Friday with a 35-9 victory over Marietta. Sixth-ranked Walton (6-2, 3-1) and Marietta (5-4, 2-2) play Friday for the No. 2 seed. The Harrison-Hillgrove winner likely gets the No. 4 seed.

Region 4 – Ninth-ranked Brookwood (7-2, 3-0) sealed the region championship with a 58-14 victory Friday. That’s the Broncos’ second title since their 2010 state championship, first since 2017. Grayson (7-3, 3-1) is the No. 2 seed. Newton (4-4, 1-1) will be the No. 3 and Parkview (4-5, 1-2) the No. 4 unless South Gwinnett (4-5, 0-3) beats Newton on Friday.

Region 5 – Fourth-ranked Milton (8-1, 4-0) will clinch the title with a victory this week against Cherokee (5-4, 3-1). Milton is seeking its fourth straight region championship. If Cherokee pulls the upset, there likely would be a three-way tie that includes Roswell (7-2, 3-1), and point-differential tiebreakers will come into play. Alpharetta (2-7, 1-3) – which gave eighth-ranked Roswell all it wanted in a 17-14 loss last week - plays Etowah (1-8, 1-3) for fourth place Friday.

Region 6 – Denmark (6-2, 4-1) missed its chance at a region title last week when beaten by Gainesville 13-6 on Friday. The Danes get a second chance Friday at home against West Forsyth (5-4, 3-2). If the favorites win this week, it will be Denmark as the No. 1 seed, South Forsyth (7-2, 4-1) as the No. 2, with West Forsyth, Lambert, Gainesville and North Forsyth in contention for the final two spots.

Region 7 – Norcross (7-2, 5-0) played at Archer (5-4, 5-0) for the region title Friday. Norcross is the defending champ. The Duluth-Dunwoody winner will be the fourth seed, with Meadowcreek settled as the No. 3 seed.

Region 8 – Top-ranked Collins Hill (10-0, 4-0) clinched the title Friday with a resounding 40-10 victory over second-ranked Mill Creek (8-1, 2-1). It’s Collins Hill’s second straight championship. Mountain View and North Gwinnett (both 4-5, 1-2) will play for third and fourth this week.
