In the Atlanta Hawks' loss to the Orlando Magic Thursday night, rookie Tyler Dorsey had a respectable game that included driving to the basket for a layup and a 3-pointer.

Dorsey’s layup -- off an assist by Kent Bazemore -- came in the second quarter, cutting the Magic’s lead to 39-35.

Dorsey, who played 25 minutes in the Hawks' 100-98 loss and recorded 11 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists, sank a 3-pointer in the first quarter off an assist by Taurean Prince.

The Hawks (17-38) turn around to host the Cleveland Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Philips Arena.
