Why, you ask? He tells me Fox and ESPN are broadcasting 20 of the club's 34 games this year, a full allocation.

This left him with just 14 games over 8 months on local Fox network, which he says was not worth it for him logistically or financially.
Sixteen of the team's 34 games in the 2018 season will be broadcast nationally.
The MLS team said it will announce its TV and radio broadcast teams for the coming season in the coming weeks.
Last year’s broadcast team had several moving parts, but finished with Green calling the play-by-play and Dan Gargan serving as analyst for 14 broadcasts on Fox Sports South or Fox Sports Southeast. Brittany Arnold handled some postgame interviews and hosted the weekly studio show on Fox Sports Southeast. Kevin Egan of beIn Sports started the season as the play-by-play host until Green joined.
The English radio team was Adam Schick and Jason Longshore.
Green has a storied history as a radio journalist in Great Britain with the BBC.
