JOHN DALY has been causing a scene at the British Open -- not because of his performance; he was tied for 32nd place on Friday -- but because of his collection of obnoxious pants.

THE PANTS are the product of the Loudmouth Golf company, which claims their distracting duds are also suitable for proms and weddings.
