Tuesday is the last day to register for the inaugural Drive, Chip and Putt Championship. Forms, which can be filled at www.drivechipandputt.com, must be filled out by 5 p.m.

Participation is limited. Competitors will be placed in separate boys and girls divisions in four age categories: 7-9 years old, 10-11 years old, 12-13 years old and 14-15 years old. There is no entry fee.

Qualifying will begin in three stages. Local qualifying will be held June 1-July 15. The top two point earners in each boys and girls division will advance. Regional qualifying will be held August 1-August 13. The overall champion in each boys and girls division will advance to the finals.

The championship final will be held April 6, 2014 at Augusta National Golf Club.

The championship winners in each division will receive a golf shirt, matching cap, bag tag and three Monday practice round tickets for the 2014 Masters.
