The 79th Masters has numerous storylines, chief among them the return of Tiger Woods from a self-imposed exile while he improved his health and his game.

Woods will tee off at 1:48 p.m. Thursday in a group with Jamie Donaldson of Wales and American Jimmy Walker, who leads the FedEx Cup race on the PGA Tour. That group will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday.

The final grouping at 1:59 p.m. Thursday is worth watching as well: Jason Day, Sergio Garcia and Rickie Fowler.

Other notable times on Thursday: The Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player honorary starter shots begin at 7:40 a.m. Defending champion Bubba Watson is off at 9:24 a.m. and fan favorite Phil Mickelson goes at 10:41 a.m.

In the afternoon, Matt Kuchar of Georgia Tech is in a 1:04 p.m. group, and Jordan Spieth follows in the next group at 1:15 p.m.
