Georgia Tech picked up a commitment Sunday from wide receiver Jullian Lewis, a south Florida prospect who previously committed but withdrew his commitment before finally selecting the Yellow Jackets again.
Lewis, from Western High in Davie, Fla., announced his decision Sunday at the end of his official visit to Tech. Lewis committed to Tech and coach Geoff Collins as a junior in September 2020 – he was the first 2022 prospect to commit – but then pulled back his decision in January 2021.
Lewis made his decision ahead of signing day, which is Feb. 2. Lewis, 6-foot-2 and 204 pounds, also received scholarship offers from Akron, Washington State and Syracuse, among other schools. He is a three-star prospect rated the No. 110 prospect in Florida (247Sports Composite).
On his highlight video, Lewis demonstrates ball skills in the air and a seemingly effortless stride. As a senior, he caught 77 passes for 1,260 yards and 14 touchdowns. Lewis was named to the first team of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel’s All-Broward County team, one of the most talent-rich counties in the country for football.
