East Paulding High School left-handed pitcher Jackson Phipps received a 2020 offer from Georgia Tech.

Phipps, 6-foot-4, 195 pounds, tweeted about his offer on Wednesday afternoon.

The rising sophomore from Dallas, Ga. has not announced any other offers on Twitter.
