The Bulldogs opened an early 14-0 lead, but Florida QB Kyle Trask had a record-setting day in leading the Gators to a 44-28 victory.

The Gators had dropped three straight in the series, but gained the upper hand in the race for the SEC East championship with Saturday's victory. Kyle Trask passed for 474 yards and four touchdowns in the win.

Touchdown run for Zeus: Georgia running back Zamir White sprints down the sideline on the first play of the game to give the Bulldogs an early 7-0 lead on the Florida Gators in Saturday's big rivalry game in Jacksonville.

Bulldogs wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint (81) stretches and breaks the plane of the end zone to complete a touchdown reception in the first quarter that gave UGA a 14-0 lead.

Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint was injured on the play and was taken off the fiield by cart.

Bulldogs QB Stetson Bennett (13) recovers his own fumble on a play during the first quarter. Bennett briefly left the game later in the quarter with an injury and was replaced by D'Wan Mathis.

Gators running back Dameon Pierce (27) scored on a 2-yard run in the first quarter, the second straight TD for Florida after falling behind 14-0. The quarter ended with the score tied at 14.

Eric Stokes' touchdown gave Georgia a 21-14 lead.
