The Georgia women’s basketball team is ranked No. 17 and has a 19-2 record, but  you wouldn’t know it by the level of student support.

Georgia senior forward Mackenzie Engram brought attention to the lack of support the UGA women’s team has in the third season under coach Joni Taylor and asked if fans would start to show up like they do for the 13-8 men’s team.

“Dear UGA Student Body,” Engram tweeted. “Your women’s (basketball) team is currently 19-2 (and) ranked  No. 17 in the nation (and) we don’t get HALF the support y’all give our boys team...think that could change? (I don’t know) just a thought.  Love, #33.”

Georgia’s next home game is Sunday at 2 p.m. against Ole Miss.
