When Sony Michel gets behind the defense, there is no one on the field that can catch him.

Georgia fell behind Oklahoma 21-7 early in the second quarter Monday’s Rose Bowl, but it took Michel just one play to cut into that lead, thanks to his breakaway speed.

Michel took the handoff from Jake Fromm and ran untouched through a truck-sized hole opened up by the offensive line. Once he got the the second-level of the defense, on one laid a hand on the senior running back as he dashed away for a 75-yard touchdown.

The long touchdown run was Michel’s second score of the game. He also had a 13-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter.
