Atlanta Falcons safety Keanu Neal stonewalled the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second quarter of Monday night’s game.

With the Buccaneers driving against the Falcons, who led 14-7 with 6:40 remaining until halftime, Neal dislodged the football from running back Peyton Barber at the Falcons’ 5-yard line. Neal recovered the loose ball.

The strong safety’s third forced fumble of the season -- and second recovered fumble -- was just Atlanta's 12th takeaway this year.

The forced fumble set an NFL record for most forced fumbles in the first two seasons by a defensive back.

Here a closer look at the fumble and the referees awarding Atlanta the football:

The Falcons cashed in after the tunrover as Matt Bryant hit a 57-yard field goal to put Atlanta up 17-7.
