The Falcons special teams came to play in the NFC Wild Card game at the Los Angeles Coliseum.

Late in the first quarter against the Los Angeles Rams, the Falcons were kicking off following a Matt Bryant field goal to make the score 6-0. Kicker Matt Bosher sent the kickoff down to the 7-yard line where it was returned by the Rams’ Pharoh Cooper.

He returned it out to the 28-yard line where he was spun around by safety Keanu Neal. After Cooper got away, he was immediately hit by backup safety Damontae Kazee, who knocked the football out. Kemal Ishmael pounced on the loose ball at the Rams’ 32-yard line.

The Rams muffed a punt earlier in the quarter, which lead to a Falcons’ field goal.
