Tom Brady and the Patriots did it again.
The Patriots overcame a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit and advanced to the Super Bowl with a 24-20 victory over the Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game Sunday.
The Patriots will make their third Super Bowl appearance in the past four years after the come-from-behind victory. Falcons fans know all too well of the Patriots erasing a double-digit lead to win last year’s Super Bowl, a 34-28 overtime win.
The Jaguars led 20-10 in the fourth quarter until Brady led the Patriots on two touchdown drives. The Patriots, with five Super Bowl titles, will make their 10th appearance in the title game.
The NFC Championship Game wasn’t close. The Eagles easily defeated the Vikings 38-7 by capitalizing on three turnovers. The Vikings scored on their opening drive but no more as they were prevented from playing the Super Bowl in their home stadium. It will be the third Super Bowl appearance for the Eagles, both losses including one to the Patriots.
Super Bowl LII will be played Feb. 4 in Minneapolis as the No. 1 seeds in both conferences advance to the championship game.
