Falcons offensive coordinator Mike Mularkey goes to Jacksonville, joining the NFL coaching carousel.

RAMS: Jeff Fisher was hired to replace Steve Spagnuolo, who was fired Jan. 2 along with general manager Billy Devaney. Fisher sat out the 2011 season after 17 years with the Titans, a stint that included a Super Bowl berth in 2000. The Titans won three division titles and made six playoff appearances under Fisher, who stepped down a year ago as the league's longest-tenured coach, saying he needed a break.

JAGUARS: Mike Mularkey replaced Jack Del Rio, who was fired in November on the same day then-owner Wayne Weaver announced he was selling the team. Mularkey was the Falcons offensive coordinator for four seasons under Mike Smith. He previously served as head coach in Buffalo from 2004-05. His resume also includes stops in Tampa Bay (1994-95), Pittsburgh (1996-2003) and Miami (2006-07).

COLTS: Jim Caldwell was fired Jan. 17 after Indianapolis finished the season 2-14. He led his team to a 14-2 regular-season record and a Super Bowl berth in 2009, his first year as head coach.

CHIEFS: Romeo Crennel was hired after going 2-1 as interim coach. He replaces Todd Haley, who was fired in December. Crennel has been Kansas City's defensive coordinator. He went 24-40 during four years as Cleveland's head coach. Previously, he had served as defensive coordinator for the Patriots (2001-2004) and Browns (2000).

HUE JACKSON, whom the Raiders fired after one season in which the team went 8-8. Arthur Blank and some of the Falcons players already are familiar with him. Jackson served as Atlanta's offensive coordinator in 2007.

BUCCANEERS: Raheem Morris was fired Jan. 2 after three seasons in which he led the team to a 17-31 record.

DOLPHINS: Tony Sparano was fired Dec. 12, 2011. He went 29-32 in four seasons in Miami. He wasn't without an NFL job long as the Jets hired him as offensive coordinator on Jan. 11.
