Mardi Gras in New Orleans starts Tuesday, Feb. 28.

Saints fans are celebrating the Atlanta Falcons’ Super Bowl loss with a Mardi Gras float that features a “ringless” Matt Ryan, “Dirty Bird” gumbo and a voodoo doll, signaling it as the reason for Atlanta’s soul-crushing second half flop against the New England Patriots.

The float takes some liberty with the Chick-fil-A cows’ signature writing and takes a few other shots at other teams, notably Chicago, Carolina and Arizona.

The Krewe of Bacchus float hits the parade route Sunday, Feb. 26, through Uptown New Orleans.

Here are some shots of the from the open house this week in New Orleans:

The Falcons swept the Saints in the NFC rivalry this season, and lead the team series 51-45. Atlanta has been to two Super Bowls and won none. The Saints won the Super Bowl in 2010.
