If you were emotionally traumatized by Sunday's Falcons Super Bowl loss, you weren't the only one.

One young Falcons fan kept a log of her dad’s actions and emotions as the game went on and it will make you laugh and cry at the same time.

The log perfectly sums up how Falcons fans felt watching the game, cheering as the home team built up a 28-3 lead only to end the night overcome with sadness as the New England Patriots stole the win in the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history.

Reddit user BraveReddit shared the photo Tuesday, including a message from the dad, who mentions he's a Falcons fan and reiterated that the screams were screams of joy and the tears ... well, you know the rest.
