Falcons linebacker Foye Oluokun, who was limited in practice with an ankle injury earlier in the week, fully participated in Friday’s practice, according to the team’s official injury report.

The Falcons (1-3) are set to play the Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2-1) at 1 p.m. Sunday at Heinz Field.

Defensive tackle Grady Jarrett (ankle sprain), cornerback Justin Bethel (knee) and defensive end Derrick Shelby (groin) were officially declared out of the game.

Falcons coach Dan Quinn wouldn’t say if Jarrett’s sprain was a grade 1, 2 or 3 sprain nor if it was a low ankle sprain or a more serious high ankle sprain.

“His ankle sprain is one that held him out for this week, and I’ll have a better feel for it when we get into next week,” Quinn said. “But this you know about Grady Jarrett, you got to take your shot, but sometimes you miss.

“But he’s working really hard. He’s not going to be able to go this week, but we haven’t ruled him out past that. I know he’s going to try for it, so we’ll see where we go into the next week, but he’ll definitely be out for this week. Out of the boot and making progress, so we’re glad for that.”

Earlier this season, the Falcons insisted that running back Devonta Freeman was "day to day" in the face of an ESPN.com report by Adam Schefter that he would be out two to three weeks.

Freeman suffered a knee contusion after a helmet hit in the opener and missed the next three games. He’s set to return against the Steelers on Sunday.

Wide receiver Julio Jones, who has injuries to a hand and an ankle, defensive end Vic Beasley (ankle) and Shelby were limited in practice.

Jones didn’t practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday.

Running back Tevin Coleman (shin), running back Devonta Freeman (knee) and wide receiver Mohamed Sanu (hip) all fully participated in practice.
