FLOWERY BRANCH – Falcons running back Devonta Freeman was named a player captain for the 2016 Pro Bowl on Friday.

Freeman, Cincinnati defensive tackle Geno Atkins, who played at the University of Georgia, New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and St. Louis defensive tackle Aaron Donald were named the player captains and will help select the all-star teams for Team Michael Irvin and Team Jerry Rice during the draft on Wednesday.

The Pro Bowl will be played at 7 p.m. Sunday, January 31 at 7 at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii.
