The Falcons waived cornerback Saeed Lee and tight end Adam Nissley, two players who never made it to the active roster because of injury, on Tuesday.

Lee, who played at Alabama State, was signed by the Falcons on May 13, 2013 after participating in the team’s rookie minicamp following the 2013 NFL draft as a tryout player.

Nissley, who played at Central Florida, was signed by the Falcons as a college free agent following the 2012 NFL Draft. He spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons on injured reserve.
