Cornerback Justin Bethel signed his one-year, $1.75 million contract with the Falcons on Monday, according to NFLPA documents.

Bethel, who’s expected to help improve the special teams coverage units, received a $400,000 signing bonus.

He had a base salary of $850,000 and can earn a $500,000 roster bonus. He can receive a $31,250 roster bonus per game for making the 46-man, game-day roster.
