Jake Matthews agrees to 5-year, $75 million contract extension with Falcons

Falcons left tackle Jake Matthews, the sixth overall pick in the 2014 draft, agreed to a five-year, $75 million contract extension with the team on Friday, the first day of training camp.
Matthews’ salary will average $15 million a year.
