Shortly after beating New Orleans, the Falcons announced that playoff tickets for a potential wild-card round home playoff game, to be scheduled for either Jan. 3 or 4, will go on sale to the general public at noon on Monday.

Tickets can be purchased through www.atlantafalcons.com/tickets; through Ticketmaster online at www.Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000; or in person at all Ticketmaster retail outlet locations.

Playoff ticket prices start at $45.

If the Atlanta Falcons are not in a position to host the Wild Card round game, all tickets sold through ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster charge-by-phone will automatically be refunded to the credit card used for purchase.

Retail outlet refunds require the return of tickets to the point of purchase.

The Falcons (6-9) need to defeat the Carolina Panthers (6-8-1) on Sunday to win the NFC South title and qualify for the playoffs.
