Defensive tackle Dontari Poe, whom the Falcons are interested in signing, left his visit with the Miami Dolphins without and deal on Wednesday and is headed to visit the Oakland Raiders, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Poe, a former two-time Pro Bowler, has now visited with Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Atlanta and Miami in free agency after not being re-signed by the Kansas City Chiefs.

Poe is a 6-foot-3, 346-pounder from Memphis who was taken 11th overall in 2012 draft.

The sticking point with Poe, who made $6.1 million last season, is the money.

Falcons coach Dan Quinn speaking to a reporter from ESPN.com at Georgia’s Pro Day on Wednesday said the Falcons want Poe and expected to hear something over the next 36 hours.

The Chiefs signed defensive tackle Bennie Logan to a one-year, $6.68 million deal that included a $1 million signing bonus on Tuesday, according to the Kansas City Star.

After not re-signing veteran Jonathan Babineaux and releasing Tyson Jackson, the Falcons are looking to buttress their defensive tackle position behind Grady Jarrett.
