Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan discusses facing Tampa Bay.

Q: How can the Falcons sustain more drives and score?

A: “We’ve had opportunities where we’ve moved the ball, got it to the plus side of the 50, and not come away with points. I think that’s got to be a point of emphasis for us moving forward. When we get those opportunities and we’re driving the ball, we have to come away with points. It’s that simple. We have to find a way to get the ball into the end zone, and when it’s not there, we’ve got to make good decisions and take the three points.”

Q: Did Tampa rookie linebacker Kwon Alexander impress you in the first meeting?

A: "I think him and (weakside linebacker) Lavonte David are really good players. Their front four ties into their second level really well. They spill runs into their linebackers as good as anybody. They don't do a lot of different things in their scheme, but what they do, they do very well, and that allows their guys to play fast and free."

Q: How does Chris Conte fit into Tampa Bay’s defense at safety?

A: "He's a veteran player. He's a guy that's been in that scheme for a long time and understands what he needs to do in that scheme. I think the more guys they have that understand how to play that defense, you see it coming out. They are playing it really disciplined and doing a great job."
