Quarterback Matt Ryan has passed for more than 300 yards in back-to-back games for the first time in his career. He will try to make it a third consecutive game Sunday against Minnesota.

Here’s a brief Q&A involving Ryan and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s D. Orlando Ledbetter.

Q: What concerns you most about Minnesota’s defense?

A: They get after the passer. They rush the passer really well, and they've got some talented guys that can stop the run, also. I think they're in the top 10 in all the rushing statistics, too. I know their record is what it is, but it's a good, tough defense.

Q: What part of their defense can you all exploit?

A: We're going to have to find ways to see where some of their guys are and game plan around some of their guys. We also have to understand that they're going to make plays. ... We just need to keep grinding through it.

Q: Is it hard to get motivated when facing a losing team?

A: One of the things you learn after having played in this league for a couple of years is that record, you can pretty much throw records out the window. There's talent on both sidelines and I know this team certainly has a lot of a talent and can play well. They've been in some tight games. ... Our mindset is the same as it is every week. We're playing against a good football team, really good defense. We're going to have our work cut out for us.
