Falcons recently signed linebacker Bruce Carter and defensive end Steven Means to one-year contracts.

Those contracts have been listed in the NFLPA data base:

• Bruce Carter one-year, $930,000 (cap number $645,000; cash value $930,000)

• Steven Means one-year, $895,000 ($90,000 signing bonus; contract year 2019, cap number $735,000, cash value $895,000).

• Blidi Wreh-Wilson (made $880,000 last season with $90,000 signing bonus). His new contract has not posted yet.
