It was edge-rusher day for the media Thursday at the NFL scouting combine.

With Vic Beasley being let go, every draftnik with a camera phone knows the Falcons need a replacement.

So, with the Falcons looking to improve their pass rush and replace Beasley, several of the top prospects confirmed that they had interviews with the team, including defensive ends K’Lavon Chaisson from LSU and A.J. Epenesa from Iowa.

The best rusher in the draft, Chase Young from Ohio State also spoke to the media.

Maybe the Falcons will trade a bushel of picks and throw in Devonta Freeman to move up 14 spots to get Young in a Julio Jones-style trade-up.
