FLOWERY BRANCH – Falcons coach Dan Quinn declared running back Tevin Coleman (ribs) will play and free safety Ricardo Allen (knee) will return to the starting lineup against the Redskins on Sunday.

Coleman fractured a rib against the Giants and has missed the past two games against Dallas and Houston.

Allen left the Dallas game with a knee injury and didn’t play last week against Houston.

Devonta Freeman shined in Coleman’s absence. Rookie Robenson Therezie also filled in well for Allen against Houston.
