Sept 29, 2019

Falcons free safety Ricardo Allen was fined $28,075 for a unnecessary roughness hit in the 27-24 loss to the Colts by the league office.

In the first quarter against the Colts, Allen was called for a 15-yard penalty for a hit on Indianapolis wide receiver T.Y. Hilton.

Allen was also fined $28,075 for unnecessary roughness hit in the 28-12 loss to the Vikings.

Allen’s penalty was apart of the 16 the Falcons committed, one short of the franchise record.
