There's plenty of room for all of us outside on that limb. His averages over the past three seasons: 125 receptions, 1,677 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Experts and newbies alike expect Brown to have another huge season. It isn't a surprise to see him drafted No. 1 overall in most leagues.

Regardless, the NFL will always have the capacity for surprise. Keep reading for a prediction from all 32 teams most pundits aren't expecting.

AFC

Bills _ Rookie running back Jonathan Williams could be a hero come fantasy playoff time. I don't trust LeSean McCoy (missed four games last season), Karlos Williams (Suspended first four games and showed up to camp overweight) or Reggie Bush (made of freshly fallen snow).

Dolphins _ Jarvis Landry's baseline for this season is Emmanuel Sanders' 2014 campaign in Denver which would have him approaching top five territory. Sanders had 101 receptions for 1,401 yards and nine TDs with Landry's new head coach Adam Gase as his offensive coordinator.

Jets _ I know Matt Forte will turn 31 during the season, but I believe it's safe to go back to the well one more time with the former pro bowler. Forte has averaged 1,590 total yards from scrimmage and eight TDs over the course of his eight year career. Had he not missed three games last season, he would have met or surpassed both numbers.

Patriots _ Fellow tight end Martellus Bennett will score more TDs than Rob Gronkowski this season due to Gronkowski suffering an injury before Tom Brady returns from his Deflategate suspension.

Bengals _ Jeremy Hill will set career highs in both rushing yards and TDs. His previous highs are 1,124 yards and 11 TDs.

Browns _ Second-year PPR stud Duke Johnson becomes a No. 1 fantasy tailback by racking up at least 1,600 total yards, 10 total TDs and 75 receptions.

Ravens _ Mike Wallace becomes relevant in fantasy again as Joe Flacco's deep threat. Torrey Smith averaged 53 receptions for 898 yards and eight TDs during his four seasons with Flacco. Wallace will surpass each number this season.

Steelers _ Sammie Coates will supplant Markus Wheaton as Pittsburgh's No. 2 wide receiver by Halloween.

Colts _ I believe Andrew Luck is capable of being the best player in fantasy, but I also believe Indianapolis didn't do enough to upgrade his offensive line this offseason which means he'll be lost to injury for the second straight season.

Jaguars _ Blake Bortles finished as a top three fantasy QB last season. He'll finish just outside the top 10 for his position this year.

Texans _ Lamar Miller finishes the season in the top five running backs, totaling at least 1,800 yards, 12 TDs and 60 receptions.

Titans _ Marcus Mariota's rushing volume doubled from two to four carries per game after Mike Mularkey became head coach last season. Mariota's 7.4 yards per carry from a year ago would bring him right around 500 rushing yards. There have been 15 QB seasons of 500 _ plus rushing yards over the past five seasons. Ten of those guys finished as top 11 fantasy QBs. Marietta crosses that threshold this season.

Broncos _ Demaryius Thomas is QB proof. He had Leonardo da Vinci's robot throwing footballs to him last year and he still finished with 105 receptions and 1,304 yards. With an actual human being throwing to him, a return to double _ digit scores is not out of the question.

Chargers _ Philip Rivers will surpass his career highs in passing yards (4,792) and TDs (34).

Chiefs _ Jamaal Charles is not Adrian Peterson. I double checked. So don't expect a miraculous comeback from another knee injury.

Raiders _ Amari Cooper will expand on his stellar rookie season by scoring double _ digit TDs. He scored six last season.

Cowboys _ Ezekiel Elliott will not earn you top overall pick value. However, his upside is similar to what Todd Gurley gave the Rams as a rookie last season by rushing for 1,106 yards and 10 TDs as a rookie.

Eagles _ Ryan Mathews is poised for just his third 200 _ plus carry season of his career. In his previous two, both with the Chargers, Mathews rushed for over a thousand yards and six TDs. He'll match these marks assuming his injury _ prone/fumbling nature doesn't get the best of him.

Giants _ Rookie Paul Perkins is good enough to supplant both Rashad Jennings and Shane Vereen on New York's running back depth chart by the end of the season.

Redskins _ Jordan Reed will miss at least half of the season due to injury, likely another concussion. He's dealt with head trauma issues since his days at Florida.

Bears _ Rookie Jordan Howard becomes TD vulture extraordinaire, minimizing Jeremy Langford's fantasy impact.

Lions _ Golden Tate will set career highs in receptions (99), receiving yards (1,331) and TDs (7).

Packers _ Randall Cobb will be a better fantasy wide receiver than Jordy Nelson this season.

Vikings _ Minnesota will finish the season as the top defense/special teams in fantasy football.

Buccaneers _ Mike Evans becomes a top five fantasy receiver by setting career highs in receptions (74), receiving yards (1,206) and TDs (12).

Falcons _ Julio Jones will become the first receiver to top 2,000 yards. He only fell 129 yards shy last season.

Panthers _ Kelvin Benjamin will score fewer TDs than he scored his rookie season (nine). Benjamin's not only going to see fewer targets with the emergence of Devin Funchess, but there's a very good chance the Panthers' offense doesn't throw as many passes as it did during his rookie year, two seasons ago.

Saints _ The demise of Drew Brees has been greatly exaggerated. I say he finishes as the top QB in fantasy this season. He's thrown for 30 _ or _ more TDs eight straight seasons and has averaged 4,949 passing yards since he turned 30 years old in 2009.

Cardinals _ Super sophomore David Johnson will finish the season as the top running back in fantasy by eclipsing 2,000 total yards and 20 TDs.

49ers _ Carlos Hyde is the only player on the team who stands a chance of being truly relevant in fantasy this season.

Rams _ Rookie receiver Pharoh Cooper will supplant Tavon Austin as Los Angeles' top target by the end of the season.

Seahawks _ C.J. Prosise is this season's David Johnson, meaning he'll likely begin the season splitting time with Thomas Rawls (assuming he's healthy) and eventually wrestle the gig away all for himself. Once he does, his all _ around skillset will allow him to compliment Russell Wilson in Seattle's offense perfectly.
