Falcons rookies saw the least amount of playing time in the NFL last season.

According to Pro Football Focus, Falcons rookies accumulated only 903 combined snaps played in 2017. Atlanta was the only team whose rookies combined to play fewer than 1,000 snaps. By comparison, the divisional rival Saints had more than four times as many rookie snaps than the Falcons.

Falcons first-round pick Takk McKinley led his rookie teammates in snaps played. He recorded 25 tackles, eight sacks and forced two fumbles.
