Incoming Georgia freshman quarterback Justin Fields spent a day recently “working” with former Heisman Trophy winner Deshaun Watson.

Fields, who could unseat starting Bulldogs quarterback Jake Fromm, posted photos on Instagram of himself with Watson, and Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins and quarterback guru Quincy Avery, who runs a training facility in Atlanta.

Fields’ post just has the caption “Working.”

Fields, like Watson, is a signal caller with the ability to pass and run. The 2017 AJC Super 11 selection was rated the top overall recruit In two years as a starter, throwing for 4,187 yards and gashing for 2,096 yards with 69 scores at Cobb County's Harrison High School.

Watson, a starter with the NFL’s Houston Texans from Gainesville, Ga., won a national championship at Clemson.
