Three-star defensive end and Georgia Tech target Robert Porcher committed to Virginia Tech on Monday evening.

Porcher announced his commitment on Twitter writing, "Committed to Virginia Tech."

The a 6-foot-3, 245 pound senior at Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, Fla. went on his official visit to Virginia Tech on Friday and Saturday before announcing his decision on Monday.

Porcher was expected to go on his official visit to Georgia Tech on Friday and Saturday.
