Georgia Tech guard Francesca Pan was named the ACC rookie of the week for a second week in a row and the third time this season. Pan scored 28 combined points in the Yellow Jackets’ wins over Boston College and No. 24 Syracuse.

The latter win, on Sunday at McCamish Pavilion, broke a nine-game losing streak for Tech against ranked opponents. In the game, Pan was 3-for-4 from 3-point range and finished with 11 points and four rebounds.

Pan, from Bassano del Grappa, Italy, led Tech with 17 points with six steals against Boston College. She is averaging 11.2 points per game, second on the team.
